You need to use compatibility view an the drop down list from tools
that should get you away it may aslo help you wiht any other sites you might have had problems with recently.
there is an option to make all sites open with compatibility in the tools sections

You might like to try one of those provided by Windows. When you boot in safe mode and update the driver of your Graphic card in control panel and device manager, you can choose one of those drivers from windows vga compatible driver list.
