Oregon Scientific DS6618 Camera won't install

The device drivers for my DS6618 Digital Camera from Oregon Scientific will
not install.  I get the following message each time I try to install the
camera.

There was a problem installing this hardware DS6618 Digital Camera. An error
occurred during installation of the device. The class installer has denied
the request to install or upgrade this device.

While I appreciate the system trying to protect me from bad device drivers,
I would still like to install this device.  Any one know how to get past the
"class installer?"
