While I was video recording there was an error pop's up and says " I need to clean the camera head", but i was recording the most important part of the birthday party at that time, i did not stop recording. Now I transfer the footage from the tape to my computer, I only see 1/3 of the footage, the rest has resulted in glitched picture and audio part is fine, Is there any possibility that i can regain the full picture????

This is usually caused by an oxidized or defective Audio/Video drum. Try running a cleaning tape through the camera. If this does not solve the problem the camera will need to be repaired qualified service technician.

This is usually caused by a defective CCD image sensor and can be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired qualified service technician.
