Clock not keeping the correct time

I have to ask where you bought the unit? Did it just start doing this or has it done this since new? The reason I ask is if you have a 50 Hz unit and it is operating on 60 Hz it will gain time and there is no adjustment.

Bought oven in hongkong now in Philippines, how to

Ok, you cannot do that The "Frequency" of the mains cannot be changed. However IF the Voltages are the same the differing Frequencies will NOT stop it from heating etc. .BUT unfortunately it WILL matter to the electronics in it. The clock wouldn't run etc. So I think you maybe stumped? You could safely try it though? See if it works?

I have a ge jkp86 electric oven the oven will not heat up .the microwave works and all displays work

First thing that comes to mind is to make sure you are getting the correct voltage to the oven, you need 220 / 240 volts, check your breakers, fuses ,etc.
It is possable for the microwave oven to operate even if the power supplied to the oven is only 110 volts, but that low of voltage is not enough to power up the ovens heating elements.
If all seems well there, then maybe the oven element has failed / shorted ?
Good luck !
