DELETE EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH W200 DRIVER WIRELESS AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS

Im a computer technician since 1990 and what i discover was that beautiful driver that works here is a list of drivers that cannot be used on the Evo N610C because it causes conflits that no one can fix i know for sure.
List of the no no drivers are:
These drivers will make your screen go from windows to BLUE.
sp29156
sp28252
sp29156
Here is how i fixed the problem i deleted everything that had to do with LANMultiport drivers every single one then i searched my laptop to remove the rest of the lost files.
Once that was done the i installed this driver (sp23031)
Once that was installed and the puter rebooted the wifi card found my wireless connection and asked me to input my Network Key and walla it works great now without any problems.
Im using windows XP Home i just bought memory cause im installing windows 7 32 bit.

Finally the key is this driver (sp23031) for both home and pro eddition.
Here is the link to download your driver:

It works! Please hit me up a feedback

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How to turn off aeroplane mode on the company 610

In any cases you can enable your computers wireless card by holding down the FN key (Usually located lower left side of keyboard) And then pressing the F2 key (Should have a picture of a wireless signal on it) If it's not F2 look accross the other F1-F12 keys for one that does. Some are marked with the word "Wireless"

I have a compaq persario m2000 my wifi light is on but i cant get to the internet, its telling me Internet Explorer cannot display, the webpage please help thanks

There are two lights for the WiFi, Amber and Blue. the following explanation is from HP's website.

An indicator light c01525482.jpg glows blue when the Bluetooth or WiFi communication devices are turned on. If the computer has both Bluetooth and WiFi and one of them is turned off or the device is disabled, the light glows amber. The indicator light does not glow at all when power to the device is turned off. The HP Wireless Assistant software must be used to enable or disable the individual wireless functions.

I have HP compaq 610 model laptop an d i am using win 7. my wireless capability is turned off. but the switch is ON.i dont know what to do....

Check your device manager (Right Click on My Computer>Properties>Hardware>Device Manager [though on windows 7 I think device manager is a link in the left hand sidebar once you open properties]) and see if your wireless card shows up as a yellow triangle with a black exclamation point (you shouldn't have to expand anything to see it, it should be open automatically). If it is, we know what the problem is. If not, well, we can still do the same procedure to see if it works.

Go to this website and enter your product number (it will be written on the bottom of the computer, it's longer than 610). Find your wireless card driver and download it to your desktop but DO NOT RUN, just download it. Then, once it's done, go to device manager and right click on your wireless card and click "Delete". It will remove your wireless from your system. Turn off your wireless switch and restart the computer. Once it boots back up, install the driver file you downloaded to your desktop. Once that's finished, give it another shot and let me know what happens. Best of luck!

This model Compaq most likely has the Intel Pro wireless card. try installing this driver.
You can download the drivers from the Compaq/HP WEBsupport/download page. Make sure you select your model laptop and the XP orVista Windows version of the drivers you require and install them. Click onthis link to download the drivers: -

Wireless

Most laptops these days have a switch or button located either near the keyboard or on the front or sides. It is sometimes easy to knock these and disable the wireless. Have a look for a switch and see if thats the cause.

Let me know if it works or not. If not, please tell me which version of Windows your are using.

Hope this helps
