MS-6758 does not start from hibernation. This happens quite offten and the only help is to switch off main power switch and discharge the motherboard by pressing power button in 10 secs. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate.

    Hello!

Already disabled. The same problem can happen if the MS-6758 based system was just powered off (not hibernated). It is home PC and I have to switch it off or hibernate at list during nighttime!

    Thank yo.

I need MS-6758 sound drivers, BIOS version 1

There are two versions of your motherboard listed under the MS-6758 model. I've posted links for the sound driver for both models. Try and download and install the driver from the first before trying the second link.

32 bit/64 bit Sound Driver for the MSI MS-6758: http://download2.msi.com/files/downloads/dvr_exe/Realtek_AC97_MB.zip

If the installation fails after you download and install the driver from the first link, then try this link next: http://download2.msi.com/files/downloads/dvr_exe/ADI_ICH5.exe

Good luck, please post back to this solution if you have any difficulties, and thanks for using FixYa.
