Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
Your TV may have focus problem. If the focus pack of the TV [which is usually integrated with its Line Output Transformer (LOT)], may faulty. It is a rare case. In most similar cases, the CRT socket, connected on the base board of the TV may get damaged, due to this proper focus voltage doesn't reach to the respective pin of the picture tube. You just replace the picture tube base socket with a similar new one. In most cases this will retify the problem.
