Try resetting the Internet explorer to default setting . it could be that your hompage could have been hijacked.
Steps : Open Internet explorer > Left click Tools> Left click Internet options> left click on the advanced tab >Click on Reset>Apply and then click ok .
Restart your computer.
If the above does not work , try system restore.
