Question about Samsung BDC5500 Player
Firmware problem - the disk is using a newer format that the firmware of the player is incapable of decoding. You will gonna have to upgrade the firmware.
At this address
you will find the new firmware (the zip file) and the instructions on how to perform the upgrade(the pdf file) ; download (as in Save, not Run) both, open the pdf and follow the instructions to the letter.
