Question about Samsung Cell Phones
The problem is that, either the phones camera is bad or you have a virus on the phone that is not allowing you to access this operation.
First try to flash the phone with the appropriate software and cables for any virus on the phone. These viruses can be contacted from other bluetooth devices, file transfers and downloads.
After flashing, if the camera does not still come on, then it means the camera has been disconnected from the main board of the phone and needs resoldering.
You will have to open up the phone with the necessary instrument, then you resit the camera properly or replace it if you like. Then couple it back together and then try to use the camera, and it will work perfectly fine once again.
Take care and good luck
