First turn off the phone for some time, lets say about 30 minutes then turn it on back, call the number with another phone but do not pick up, when the call is ended, you should have a number and a kind of half rectangular arrow. Select list when you have the one missed call on the screen, and the missed call list will pop up.
If it still does not show up, then you will have to restore the factory setting of the phone by going to the phones menu, select the setting, then select the restore factory settings, be sure to enter the correct security code and it will format the phone to the way it was manufactured.
If you do not have the security code, then you will have to flash the phone with the appropriate software.
After doing that, the phone will be all right once again.

2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia 1208.
3 - Compose #pw+CODE+7#.
4 - The Nokia 1208 would then display the message "SIM Restriction Off" and will be unlocked!
The letter p appears if you press the button star(*) three times quickly
The letter w appears if you press the button star(*) four times quickly
The symbol + appears if you press the button star(*) two times quickly
The CODE you need to enter is the unique unlock code for your Nokia 1208
