My ford f150-88 no get cherge i replace the alterator

The small wire which goes to the Alternator brushes is suppose to slip over the connector post. Often the connection is missed even though the plastic connector has locked in place.

What some mechanics do is work the metal clip outside the plastic housing and then fit the metal clip on the post or tab to insure that the wire is connected. Then the plastic housing is slid down the wire and locked into the Alternator housing.

How do i replace brushes on porter cable model 7539 plunge router

The brushes are on the front and back of the motor, under the top cover. Remove the four screws on the top cover and remove it. The brushes are held in place by a coil spring, pull it back so the brush will slip out. Some brush leads have slip connectors and others are held in place by a screw, depends on what type router you have. Disconnect the brush lead then reverse the process to install the new brush.

Craftsman Brush Wacker routing of fuel lines Model 358-795200 Was laying in bottom of top mount gas tank

Use new fuel line. There should be two things (besides fuel line) in the fuel tank. The small line has a (1) fuel filter attached and is routed to the lower outlet on the carb. This is the fuel supply line. Make sure there are a few inches of it inside the tank. (say enough to reach other side of tank). The larger line should have a (2) nylon connector inside the tank holding it. The connector stays right at the tank hole. That larger line goes to the closest outlet on the purge bulb. The other fitting on the purge bulb should have a larger line that connects to the upper fitting on the carb.
Feed enough length of fuel line thru tank holes to pull them out where cap is to put on the filter and nylon connector...then pull them back thru. WD-40 will aid in this procedure or any light oil.

Battery discharges while running

My 24HP 42" did the same. If your model is like mine, there are two black wires with a yellow connector coming down the side of the engine. Unplug those wires, and with engine running, and a multimeter leads attached to them measure for 15 volts AC. If good reconnect yellow wires, and test the single red wire with multimeter red test lead connected and black test lead to any engine ground point. Measure for 15 volts DC. My problem was that square regulator that did not convert 15 VAC to 15 VDC. If your tractor is less than two years old, the warranty will cover labor and repair. Also if your tractor's wiring has different color wires, the test procedure may be different.

The big red battery wire goes to the bigger terminal on the starter solenoid. There may be another red wire smaller in diameter but the eye should be same as the battery wire that also goes to the to the same solenoid terminal.
The third wire small again ,might be yellow/orange or red with a small eye goes to the start terminal on the starter solinod.

Sensors

I think someone has used wiring that didn't come with the opener. One the rear of the motor unit are wiring terminals. The sensors connect to terminals 2 and 3. Whichever color wire is connected to terminal 2 goes to the screw marked white and the wire on terminal 3 goes to the screw marked black. This information is if you have a Craftsman or Chamberlain opener.

MY RTE 115 C stop working, I think that its the switch?

If you can hear the switch click and it does not feel mushy, then it is probably a broken pigtail wire on the motor brushes. I fixed my neighbor's temporarily by soldering the flexible wire to the button of copper in the brush. There must be a vibration fatigue going on. I have not yet found a source for the brushes that are about 1/4" square by about 5/8" long. The wire comes out the side. The motor is easy to access and repair as the brush wire has a small slip-on connector. Do not clamp the brush in a vise too tightly as you will fracture it.

Motorized brush bar not turning on Dyson Vacuum

Apparent common failure is that either the thin yellow and or blue motor drive wires that run from the LH side of the vacuum where the "control board" is located down into the hinge / ball area become stretched and then fray and eventually break. Happened to my Dyson twice. First repaired under warranty, second took about 20 minutes. You need a Torx screwdriver to remove the LH panel ( 4 screws) and also an access panel (2 screws) at the side of the ball which permits access to the blue / yellow wire connectors. I replaced with a new wire and connectors having fed the wires through the access hole making sure sure enough wire was available for the movement of the handle. Also ensure that when the covers are replaced they do not trap any wires underneath.
