Sharon,
Pull out stove from the wall,
Unplug stove. Now you are safe!
With a phillips screwdriver, remove the backpanel.
The switch you are replacing, remove knob.
Remove the two screws that hold the switch in place.
When switch is free, remove one wire at a time, and make sure you put them on the new switch as you remove from old.
Fasten switch in place, close up the machine. plug it in
Enjoy your new buner

How to remove the stove top on frigidaire stove model FFGS3025PS

IF you open the door to the stove, you will see screws under the lip of the cook top, take those out, check the back of the stove for screws and then lift the cook to. On some models you may have to remove the sides of the stove too.

My frigidaire stove made a loud pop while oven was on and then lost power....stove top elements working stove clock not working tested fuse, and changed it still not working

Thank you for your post, friend!

I understand that your Frigidaire range made a loud pop while in operation and lost power. I noticed you stated that the stove top is working and you have changed out the control board but the oven is not working. It could be a possibility that your terminal block or wiring harness has shorted. I would recommend contacting a professional technician to come out and perform a diagnosis and repair on your range. This will help to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt

Frigidaire glass top stove dual element ony works on high no matter were knob is set

Hello Chad;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service appliance technician.

It sounds like you have a bad Warmer Infinite Switch.

Once installed, the switch controls your gas range's warmer drawer element. When replacing your gas range's switch, consider replacing its knob (PartsDirect part number 316442403) if it shows significant wear.
To replace your gas range's warmer infinite switch, pull the knob off the switch and remove the screws securing it. Disconnect any wires running to the switch and take note of those connections. Remove the switch and put the new one into its place, reattaching the wires to the same terminals. Be sure to unplug your gas range before beginning the repair.

It is located on the right hand side of your display panel. You have to remove the side panels screws and control panel back to access.

Your Frigidaire motorcycle has an electric stove?

Most stoves I have worked with in the past have had the wiring diagram glued either to the back or under the top. I have never seen one installed on a motorcycle, however.

I did not follow directions on self-cleaning and now stove is loc

Since the door is open and the lock is engaged, you will need to hold the "door closed" switch in located in the top left door opening. Push and hold the switch in, push the clean button, set the time at 3:00 hours, keep holding the switch in for 20 seconds, then push cancel button. The motorized locking mechanism should disengage. Then, you can release the switch. Hope this helps.

Replacing range top to flat

That could really be a very costly change over. You will have to replace the top ($400.00) each element ($85 to $130.00) each, and probably some wiring and switch changes. You can prbably get a new one for way less than switching one over. You might be able to find the parts on ebay, etc, its just going to be matching the right parts. Good luck, and let me know how it turns out.
