Hello
There are many problems that can cause these problems....
1) Ensure there is paper well fitted into the machine.
2) You have got ink.
3) Try pressing the off button for a long time to turn off then turn back on.
It still it does not solve the problem use the printer's main switch.

Theprinter light keeps blinking and I can't turn the printer on or off.
