Question about Washing Machines
Error code 43 is for the Out Of Balance (OOB) switch.
The OOB is situated under the Motor Control Board which is accessed by the 2 screws at the rear of the display facia.
You may be able to fold the MCB to the rear after you remove the securing screw from the front of the MCB. Or you may have to remove some of the connections.
The OOB is a micro-switch which is activated by a 'trigger' which hangs below it, between the bowl and the cabinet. Sometimes these switches become oxidised and can be cleaned, but it is far better for the small cost to replace it.
TIP.... take the switch with you when you buy a new one so that you get the right one. Some are clicked ON, and some are clicked OFF
Replace machine components in reverse order.
