Question about Cell Phones
There seem to be a problem that is why your phone freezes on start up.
The first most likely cause is that there might be too many files on the phone, so many files that the phone wont be able to read them all before start up.
Another cause can be that there is a virus on the phone, which can be contacted from other bluetooth devices, mobile downloads, file transfers from computers etc.
The solution to the problem is for you to flash the phone with the appropriate software.
Now the phone will come on without freezing, once it is on, ensure you move all large files on to the memory card, and see to it that files are scanned for viruses before transferring it to your phone.
Take care and good luck
