The processor chip from the controller board has started to malfunction - it doesn't process the sensor data correctly from the get go. This is a "hardware" fault - the chip has aged and you can't fix that. The problem will only get worse, until the furnace will simply refuse to start over.
Don't wait till the middle of the winter, call a repairman now and have the controller board replaced. And no, it's not something you should do yourself, if you touch something you shouldn't you can easily fry some very expensive sensors.

15 year old micromark intruder alarm need to switch off

Not really enough info to give you an answer, but I can generalise...

You say Knocked alarm box with ladder alarm started"
If the fault is there permanently from when this happened there's a good chance that you have disturbed the tamper spring/switch on the cover of the alarm unit. when the front of the panel is removed you should be able to see the Sping/switch which is automatically depressed by this front panel, you may find the spring has fallen off the switch or gone out of alignment, refitting / realigning it should remove the tamper fault once the lid has been refitted properly. As for "bleeps when doors, windows opened"
This sounds like the "Chime" feature has been switched on and without the manual I cannot tell you for sure how to switch it off.
Chime is a feature which "Chimes" when a door is opened (Not often used on windows), if this started when the ladder fell on the panel it is most likely just a single key press to switch it off, Once the tamper fault is sorted you should be easily able to find the correct key press to turn the chime feature off.
Sorry for being a bit general but I don't have that particular manual. Hope the info helps you :o)

Washer knob / Dial going round & round

If the washer knob of the unit is going round and round all by itself it means that there is something that has malfunctioned in the unit or else there was an error in setting proper cycles.
You will first need to reset the unit, to see the reset procedure click here
Once you have reseted the unit and even then the washer knob is going round & round it means that a part or parts in the machine have gone bad which may need to be replaced.
The question would be how can one understand which part in the unit has gone bad.
To make things easier, here is what needs to be done to know which part has gone bad.
  1. After reseting the unit, set a new cycle and switch on the machine.
  2. If the washer knob starts going round and round, the mode+Door lock light will flicker in a sequence, for example, it may flicker 4 times before taking a pause and then flicker 4 times again and continue this sequence.
  3. Once you know what is the count which is also the fault code there is a fault code chart which you can refer to understand which part has gone bad.
  4. The fault code chart is as follows:

Hope this helps, do let me know if this information was helpful or else you need more clarification on the same.

Once you replace the fuel pump, you need to repressurize the fuel system.
In order to do this, follow this sequence:
  1. Place the key in the ignition;
  2. Move the ignition switch to ON (not START");
  3. Count to 5
  4. Move the switch back to OFF
  5. Count to 5;
  6. Move the switch back to ON;
  7. Count to 5;
  8. Move the switch back to OFF;
  9. Count to 5;
  10. Once more, to ON;
  11. Count to 5;
  12. Once more to OFF;
  13. Count to 5
  14. Now START THE VEHICLE.

Trouble codes

You may just have a stray fault, try to clear it and see if it returns: Key ON, Key OFF, Key ON, hit left turn signal 2 times wait for 2 flashes,,, hit right turn switch ONCE =>One Flash. Hit Right switch once =>2 flashes, Hit right turn switch once again =>3 flashes. Hit Left turn switch once than read codes to clear Hit left switch & hold for confirmation 2 flashes (hold at least 5 seconds).

If the code comes up again you've got a poor ground issue somewhere.

Park brake light flashes 10 times. For 1989 Chevy 1500 pickup. What does this mean?

This truck probably has Rear Wheel Anti-Lock (RWAL) brakes. There is a small black module near master cylinder that is the brain for this system. There are ways to check for diagnostic trouble codes in this system. Once you have any codes set, diagnosis can be fairly simple. PROCEDURE:
Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) 's can be displayed by jumping terminals "A" and "H" of the Data Link Connector and observing the flashing of the "BRAKE" warning light. This should only be done when the brake lamp is "ON".
The terminals must be jumped for about 20 seconds before the code will begin to flash. Count the number of short flashes starting from the long flash. Include the long flash as a count. Sometimes the first count sequence will be short. However, subsequent flashes will be accurate. If there is more than one failure, only the first recognized code will be retained and flashed.

NOTES:
DTC's 6, 9 and 10 will only turn the "BRAKE" lamp on while the fault exists. These are soft codes faults and can only be read with the Tech 1 scan tool.
Do not jump terminals "A" to "H" if the "BRAKE" lamp is not on. Jumping the terminals with the "BRAKE" lamp off will set a false DTC 9. This will turn the "BRAKE" lamp on and disable the antilock system.
