Hi,

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

So you recently replace the drum? and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST? IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8/Developer Charge. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum.

DID Some one recently replace a color image unit? Was that image unit stored standing up? and placed directly into the machine.? Might have all the developer sitting at one end and motor can not turn. Pull out all the image units, shake each one along the axis of the unit to spread the developer over the entire length of each image unit, then re-install, open close front door to reset code, if the code comes back you might have a burn out color image motor, or on of the color image unit needs to be replaced replace all three, worse case the board that controls the motor was damaged. Store all Image units and toner length wise

Your paying good money for that service contract. I'd have them send a tech and have him stay there until it's fixed or find a new service provider. Questions like this drive me nuts. Were not talking rocket science here, these devices are not that complicated. Hold contract providers feet to the fire until this is solved. I'm really sorry.

Samsung HD tv help

Is it a Plasma Television? I recently had a customer have the same issue with a 2 year old model Samsung 50" plasma TV. In his case one Of the computer panels failed. He didn't have a service plan and the warrenty was out, so i directed him to Samsungs help line. They inturn directed him to a authorized repair center. Repairs were roughly $800. Thats a possibility but it may not be the same as your issue. Try leaving your TV running for a little while when it has the issue, and see if it eventually goes away. Some older plasma models have started to require a warm up time for the pixel cells. This has been a down fall of plasma that for the most part no longer exists on newer models.
I hope eveything works out.

Have a great day
