Water condensation is missing the drain pan and getting my floor wet. How do you access the drain or the drain pan to check for leaks?

before you try to access the backside, check inside if the drain is not blocked and the water is not leaking from inside the fridge.
Normally you have to access everything else from the back, so you have to move the whole fridge forward. The leak pan is most of the time visible from the back, without removing the (under part) of the back plane.

Kenmore refrigerator with a bottom freezer leaks water on floor

Hello Wayne,
You already mentioned the reason for the excess water. When the freezer automatically defrosts itself once every 24 hours the melted water drains down through a tube down to a water pan at the bottom of the refrigerator where it sits and supposedly evaporated by the fan back into the atmosphere. However in your case the excessive dust is preventing the evaporation phase to occur by the fan. You need to vacuum as much of the dust as possible and your problem will disappear.
Good Luck

Bad smell from motor

Hello,

You need to remove any spoiled food from the refrigerator and clean the interiors with hot water added with baking soda. You need to clean the door seals and remove the breaker strips. Also check for unusual wet insulation.
Hope this work

Side by side leaking water from under freezer side

Hello, this sounds like you have a blockage in the drain tube, remove panel back/bottom of freezer..you may see ice build up...melt ice with hair dryer/heat gun...you will see a pan below evaporator...melt ice in pan...dry water up in pan with paper towel...now you should see a hole in pan that leads to drain tube...pour some hot water in pan..wait a couple minutes..mop up water and repeat this step 2-3 times....once you have done this find some flexible curatain wire or electrical wire..poke down the hole until you see the water drain..now it is clear..put back panel back and you are good to go. The reason you see water in the fridge is because the water has been leaking into the freezer and down the vent into the fridge instead of running into the drain hole...Please feel free to comment again if you need any further assistance. RLA80 FRIDGE IS ALWAYS DRIPPING WET

the cold air is leaking that's why there's condensation build up outside... a fast way to check is to get a plastic card and try to slide it through the rubber seals or the door all around. if it passes through easily then you have a leak in that area. a good door seal won't let your plastic card pass thru easy.

Refrigerator moisture

hi there your fridge has whats called a wet wall evaporator where it freezes up then turns to water and runs down the wall , if you are getting water sitting in the base of the fridge check the drain hole which is sittuated at the bottom of the wet wall evaporator for any blockages ie. bits of food or paper labels.

hope this is of some help
