I should mention that i have already contacted customer service via email (several days ago) and have left a voice message (this afternoon) as well to no avail.

I bought it from a liquidator and it didn't come with a key...I don't want to pay a locksmith $65 to pop the lock or $85 to make a key. I simply want to order a replacement key and none of my searches have resulted in anything suggesting that is possible.

    Yours funny by the way...

I couldn't find a Lavazza Support site on the net, but I understand they're in Italy. Your best bet would be to check your paperwork that came with the machine, and contact them to find out what can be done for you. If you just purchased it, I would exchange it for one that has the key.
The following website might be able to help, since they provide parts for Lavazza:
Wish I had more specific information, but hope this helps.

The "fill with water" message wont go off on my Lavazza Blue 2200 machine. I think it has something to do with the magnet but I do not know how to fix it. Please help! Thank you.

Jam something plastic or rubber under the magnet to lift it up, that will trick the sensor into thinking the tank is always full so you will need to use your eyes in future. Normally those magnets not floating can only be solved this way or tank replacement.

Lavazza probably can advise you as to cost of a replacement card and that will allow you to determine whether the repair is worth attempting.

First I'm a retired Cimbali tech but I've come across the Lavazza table models when they first came out. You should contact your vendor for help as there are no customer servicable parts.
*** The following is for information only ***
* Since you have already cleaned, refilled, restarted the unit several times (try up to 5 times at least) Then you will have to look for other problems.
* Make sure the water float moves freely in the tank compartment. It's usually a colored plastic part that moves up and down with the level of the water in the tank. If it's missing then the machine will think there is no water in the tank and not start up the pump system to prevent air from entering the pump lines. The unit will not power up unless it can sense this water float.
* Air bubble in pump. The vibration pump may have an air bubble in the pump valve. Starting and stopping the unit will help force the bubble out. But the pump needs to have clean water with no air in the water filter and the water line to the pump. It may take 10 or more tries to force this water out. Otherwise you will have to have a tech replace pump (re-building pump is very tedious).
* Clogged pump requires service to replace.
* Some models that come with a filter. Check and replace as needed.

Hi, I have bought a Lavazza coffee machine in November at Selfridges London, 2 months later the water was not going trough. I returned it to Selfridges to get fixed. And now the problem seems to occur...

Hello, It sounds like the pump has gone. You can try cleaning the machine by running vinegar through it and cleaning any of the blockages with a bit of wire. Only use wire when it is switched off. Try running the vinegar first with hot water and then cold. And remember to rinse it out when you are finished. If that doesnt work Im afraid you will need a new pump. I hope that has helped you.

Just need instructions to descale my Lavazza Blue coffee machine

Using a proper coffee machine descaler, create the mix in the water container
Go into the service menu by pressing the 'Stop' button when you turn it on. Scroll throuigh the menu until you reach 4. Descale. Press enter, then scroll to 4.3 Do it now. Press enter and toggle to yes, press enter

It will then run through the descaling cycle which may take some time. After its complete, thouroghly clean the tank and pump lots of water through the system before you brew any coffee, Replace the filter also

Can't get a full cup of coffee

First, you should not be using your espresso machine as an american coffee maker. It puts way too much pressure on the components of the machine. The standard cartridges are made to do 1.5 - 3.0 ounces of espresso. should you want to make a longer cup of coffee you need to get the aroma point gran caffe cartridges, lavazza code 427. this will enable you too get the longer cup of coffee without putting the added stress on your machine. Also it sounds like your machine mighy have a problem with the volumetric device. are you getting water in the capsule ejection drawer? should you want service you should call 781-393-2929. we are an authorized lavazza distributor and repair center.

A small water sensor needs to be replaced, you can pick one up, from sovrano, or a supplier pretty easily,
