I have an olympus FE220

I have an olympus FE220 camera that has everything working, except it is not 'seeing' thru the viewfinder. (can review images, but all new ones come out black). was not dropped or anything, the only other symptom before it did this was the screen going white, so we had to pop the battery out to turn it off then started it again. any advice?

-   I have the same problem with my camera, but I found out that I had to lightly press down the lens when its closed and it fixed the problem.
