The green light indicating power is blinking on and off and nothing is showing up on the screen.

when the green light is flashing it means it's not getting a signal from the computer..
1. try toggling through available sources with the source button on the monitor.
2.check all cables leading from the pc to the monitor.

Powering up problem with my lg flatron plazma tv

Those lights are a code. I don't know which TV you have, exactly. But the manual will tell you what the light code indicates and what to do about it.

Lg flatron blank screen

t certainly seems like the monitor is not getting a signal. Did this happen after you changed something, or just on normal boot up?
It could be the video card that has failed.
Also, check the pins on the connector; sometimes they can get pushed in.
If you can, try swapping out the video card or use the monitor on another computer.
Good luck,

Screen flashes only for a split-second (as a second display for an iMac)

The inverter is faulty. If your Monitor is powered by a mains'kettle' type lead, then it MAY be repairable, provided you can find someone to do it.If you have an external power supply, then the chances are you have a separate inverter, and it is doubtful whetther you can find the fault or a replacement circuit board....which is why we have become a throw away nation !!

LG Flatron L1710S Monitor stuck in Power Save Mode

Try wiggling the Cord on the backside of the monitor.. Not the Power Plug Cord, The Other Cord that attaches to the PC. Do this once the monitor turns off , grab ahold of the cord about 2 inches from the back of the monitor, then bend the cord to the right, keep bending from the right to the left a couple times to see if your screen comes back, if it does, than you have a Loose connection and this sometimes causes the Symptoms you are receiving.. Hope it helps.

No picture and flashing green light

If u'r PC is OK, then this problem is showing when the main PCB of the monitor failed. This is 3 yr warranty monitor, contact the LG service provider in your area. They will change the PCB. Here is the link to get the service center info

No picture for a while, green flashing light

That is a defect with those monitors...you should get the returned to the store...if you can't then you may have to do some soldering dude...it is a power issue with the monitor itself...you will need to find the replacement capacitor inside..but still the best advice is to return the product
