Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
Gucciskills, this is a common problem if you have other people using your home internet connection at the same time. I have that problem every now and then even with no one on the home PC. It just means you are losing your connection. Try and reconfigure your router setting and see if that helps.

Turn off PS3 system..
1: Reset your modem by unplugging it from the main power source.
2: After a few minutes, plug modem power back into modem. Allow all connections to configure
3: Turn on PS3 system.
4: Go to "Settings" then scroll all the way down to "Network Settings"
5: Make sure that the "internet connection" (the second menu) is "Enabled"
6: Go to "Internet Connection Settings" and go through the motions again.
