Key stroke speed is running too slow, so how do I change it?

I left my HP laptop unattended... My cats occasionally decide to walk or rest a moment on the keyboard... When I returned this time, the keystroke speed is super slow. I press any key and it takes 1 second for the fuction or letter to type on the screen.

I went to control panel and "keyboard" option and NONE of the options there helped... I also went into "Accessibility filters" options... NOTHING there helped.

Whatever happend had to be a combination of keys a cat could press onto for this to happen... some fluke combination to which slows down the keystroke speed.

I'm at a loss of what to do.

Well I did this to myself. I received a notice to delay my keysroke and it said something about the shift key holding it down for 8 sceconds to take care of this. I hope this is a comon problem with some of us dumber old people... and cat owners too! After searching around I was able to speed my KEYSTROKE to .5 a second but was still unable to take the delayed keystroke off completly. I am running Vista which I doubt has a thing to do with my problem.

Well, Looks like we have the same problem.
The Web Portal that supports the games are having issues with their servers... it's not your server... It will work again and it will gives you problems again... best is to delete the game and re-install, most times works. I do that sometimes good luck

I purchased an rca 10.1 tablet with keyboard and now some if the letters on the keyboard are not working. What is the problem?

The keyboard is the problem. Keyboards work off a scrolling matrix, so if only a few are not work then circuit for that particular key is broken. Usually by something being spilled in the keyboard or because something was dropped onto the keyboard or the user likes to pound on the keys when entering key strokes. Replace the keyboard.
