Depending on the connection on the laptop.
most likely it will have a vga connection.and also your tv accept a vga/rgb connection
you will need to purchase a vga cable and then hold the FN key and the second key will be one of the F keys on top of the keyboard, select the key with a small comp screen on it. this will send signal to the tv.
