I would suggest you go for HP. HP has a lot of advantage over Toshiba. Its durable and runs faster.
One problem with Toshiba is that it usually over-heats after long period of use. You can easily get a solution to a HP laptop problem.
Hp website has manuals, drivers, and solution to most of their product's problem.
Believe me, you will never regret choosing HP.
