Question about Intermec EasyCoder PM4i Printer
Your take up spool isn't working properly, bad motor or belt.

Had same problem.
You should use empty ribbon roll on take up spool with Intermec.
Otherwise it will not wind up enough ribbon and loose ribbon increase each time you print.
Attaching ribbon to empty ribbon roll on take up spool solved this problem

Check to make sure that the printer is set to Thermal Transfer and not Direct Thermal. If the printer is in Direct Thermal, the ribbon take-up does not turn.
If the printer is set to Thermal Transfer then I would suspect a bad Power Supply since the ribbon take-up is driven by the power supply and not off the main board.
