Why no steam on polti 715 no steam

I had this problem, that is, my Polti 715 would not create an steam at all. It turned out that the boiler/steamer unit inside the Polti was badly corroded. So the only way to fix it was to replace the boiler/steamer unit inside. I had to send my Polti to an authorized repairer to have it fixed. The reason for the corrosion was that I did not follow the manufacturers instructions fo run the Kalstop solution through the machine every few months to stop calcification in the boiler.

Does not give steam.

Actually there was no category for clothes steamer, and before entering information I was prompted to pick a category so I chose vacuums hoping that when my problem was diagnosed it would be understood that the problem is a clothes steamer that has stopped giving off steam. Please help if you can. I appreciated your time.
