Thw water is now staying in the machine instead of going into the front that I have been emptying. I can't locate the manual to make sure I have it set up properly.
Do you know what settings I should have it on. My brother in law moved it and I'm not sure if he may have touched something as it had been working great until then.
thanks
DDR583R the water does not go into the front bucket, but stay inside of the Unit and leaks all over the floor. I do not want to use the direct drain feature and don't know how to turn this feature off if this is what is happening.
-   I have the same problem. Unit works well for about a month, then little water in the bucket, but lots of water on the floor. I've taken the panels off and cleaned everything I could reach. It works well again for about a month, then the same problem occurs.-   Bamboozled

Use a piece of ethernet cable and carefully push it through the water discharge area's...This should free up the grime that's clogging the drainage holes.

Model DDR6588EE - called Danby and they will not tell me what part I need or how I can order it due to liability associated with electrical work needed. Authorized service people will charge at least $120 (all-in) to diagnose what sensor it is, order sensor and repair it...bottom line is that i think i need to get a new one (NOT A DANBY)... if anyone else has any ideas on a solution, please let me know...
