Not hearing incoming calls

Ensure nothing is obstructing the microphone hole or the speaker. Sometimes lint or cases or screen protectors cause issues with sound.

I can't hear people speak on incoming calls. Where do one adjust the volume of the phone?

hi, if you mean you can't really hear people loudly when they speak, then all you need do is when the call is on, you see the "big box" at the top of your number botton....continue to press the upper part once the call is on, it will increase the volume.

but if you have said that you do not hear people at all when they call you, that means your phone earpiece is faulty...and you can really comfirm this by using ear phones with the phone and see whether you will hear people when they call you.

cheers

When printing text on every tenth or so Thank You Card, a card gets jammed and I can't seem to release the printer's grip on it. Is there a release other than the green lever above the rollers on the left...

It really sounds like the teflon coating on the heat roller is worn and contaminated. On an M20 you will have to replace the fuser itself. Google a business called " the parts drop" Give Britt a call and he should have what you need. The M20 uses a unique hearing element. So the fuser itself will have to be replaced. The pages you are printing are tacking to the surface of the heat roller. Not uncommon .

My samsung E900 has gone really quiet and I have trouble hearing people talk!!

Hi,

1.) Try increasing the volume ( I am sure you must have done it earlier). But try doing it again while you are actually on call.

2.) If the above dosn't work, there is no manual setting to it, we would definately get the speaker checked/replaced.

Let me know if that helped.

Thanks

Person I call can't hear me

make sure you haven't hit your mute button somehow. This may be also in your menu que. These problems are really easy or really messed up. If it isn't the mute problem then there is probably a problem with the speaker mike. See if you can take it for exchange if this is it cause it isn't worth fixing$$$

Nokia E90 Communicator - callers can hear me but I cannot hear

Not certain... but you need to check menu - tools - settings - general - enhancement and make sure your default is set to "headset".
When you plug headphones only (not the headset/mic combo) into the 2.5mm jack, it will go into a headphone mode where you can hear through the headphones but you must speak through the phone microphone - it sounds like it is going into that mode on you. It can only be the setting above or possible a short in the jack (though that doesn't really explain why it is happening only when you receive a call).
If you have 2.5mm headsets (or can pick up a small 3.5 to 2.5 adapter), you can also try having them call you and see if you can hear through the headphones - that would prove it is going into headphone only mode.
