Question about Computers & Internet
Sometimes you can copy and paste the serial number eliminating the need to type it in manually, especially if you got it in the email.
Select the serial number in the email when open with the left mouse button and dragging from left to right of the entire serial number.
Then, right click on the highlighted text and numbers of the serial number.
A window should come up that allows you to 'copy' the data. Click on the 'copy' selection in the pop up menu.
Then, try to get to the screen where you enter the serial number. Right click on the line that accepts the serial number and select 'paste.'
If it allows you to do this, you should be done.
Otherwise, telling the difference between the letter O and the 0 is simple.
The O is round as a circle, and the 0 is oblong vertically.
OK, I think you should be set.
Good luck on registering your Nero update, John Hodgson.
