The phone is stuck in program transfer mode after detecting a flash memory error.

This problem is a factory defect. If the phone is less than one year old, it will be replaced by the phone provider company, or it can be sent for repair to Motorola.

If the phone is over one year old, check warranty status (sometimes this will last two years). If phone is out of warranty, you can give a try re-flashing the phone.

As first step I suggest first contacting phone provider (eg.Verizon) or Motorola.

If that does not work, the only thing you can try is connecting to the computer and loading a flash image into the phone.

In my previous message I forgot to mention that the first thing to do is flipping out the phone battery for one minute, and restarting the phone with no memory card.

That usually does not work, but it must be done. Read also my previous message.

You can also try to hold the Power button down until this "secure boot enabled" window closes. Then try to reboot the phone , to see if that resolve your issue.

Screen of my motorola ROCKR E6, has become red coloured, and the text written on that is- BP NOT READY Boot Module Boot_G_0002.2IP_MACAU MBM FLASH MODE. Is there any solution for this problem. Thank...

dear sir
this is the problem usually caused by viruswhich happens when you are receiving files from p.c or untrusted mobiles...... and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the menu not tofunction, the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the nearest motorola service centre,it also updates your mobile software which increases the mobile speed....

thank you.....take care................

I unpluged my phone from being charged and when I tried to turn it on it went to a white screen with the message "MBM Flash-mode. ISCM version: 01.08". I cannot turn the phone off or do anything on it....

Only way to clear the error is to remove the battery.

I hope this answers your question.

Boot Loader 03.E0

probably you had pressed the bootloader buttons.
once the phone is diplaying a status message like you are having, it means that the phone is ready to be flashed. if you haven't do anything to your phone after displaying the message, try to remove the battery and put it back on. but if you had this status message during flashing, it will give you the same issue even if you remove the battery.

take care.
