Question about Motorola Mobility i1 Smartphone
The phone is stuck in program transfer mode after detecting a flash memory error.
This problem is a factory defect. If the phone is less than one year old, it will be replaced by the phone provider company, or it can be sent for repair to Motorola.
If the phone is over one year old, check warranty status (sometimes this will last two years). If phone is out of warranty, you can give a try re-flashing the phone.
As first step I suggest first contacting phone provider (eg.Verizon) or Motorola.
If that does not work, the only thing you can try is connecting to the computer and loading a flash image into the phone.
