It's not really possible to answer this without knowing where to start.

What have you been doing with the loose end of the bobbin thread before trying to pick it up? Apologies if this question is stupidly basic, but I have no idea of your experience level.

SOURCE: Bobbin won't thread

Sounds like the bottom tension is to slack.
Look at the side of your bobbin case, when you thread the bobbin thread part of the route it runs is under a flat leaf spring. There is usually 2 very small scews on this leaf spring one screw holds the spring onto the casing and will be tight. The other is the tension adjuster screw, turn this screw clockwise half a turn at a time. After each half turn pull the bobbin thread until slight resistance is felt. Then try sewing if bunching/tangles still occur more tension is required, this is trial and error until the tension is corrert.
If you want a new manual try this website if your machine is not listed email them and they will try to help.

SOURCE: thread keeps snapping on NEW Euro Pro 32-Stitch sewing machine

I also have the same sewing machine. The machine is not very user friendly and the instruction manual doesn't really illustrate the right way to thread the machine. For the bobbin, make sure you thread it through the two tiny holes in the small rectangular metal piece in the bobbin case. I had to use a dental floss threader and tweezers to thread the bobbin correctly, if you can believe it! As for the upper thread, follow the directions EXACTLY as illustrated in the manual. Don't miss the little loop underneath the machine or the tension will be wrong.

Also, use extra strong thread. I used a professional quality break-resistant thread from Germany for both the bobbin and top thread, and the machine works okay.

I have a euro pro shark sewing machine. I just changed the thread for another project and cannot get the needle to pick up the bobbin thread. Any ideas?

Try installing a brand new needle. Bent/damaged needles will sometimes not pick up the bobbin thread.

Make sure the machine is threaded correctly. Check the bobbin--ie, it is turning the correct direction in the bobbin case and is threaded properly through the bobbin tension.

You might also try pulling the bobbin thread up to the top before beginning to stitch.

Are you holding the end of the top thread whilst trying to pickup the bobbin thread? Put a BRAND NEW needle in - it may look OK, buy the slightest bend will be an issue. Is it the CORRECT needle for you machine? - check your manual. Is the bobbin in the case correctly and feeding out the correct direction? ...... timing may be out

Euro pro 9130 Bobbin holder jumps out of place when sewing, then the machine locks up, tweets and stops sewing. I have ordered a new bobbin holder and that did not help.

check the upper thread tension
make sure all the thread guides all used- & that the thread is not hanging up some where on the machine
check the top thread tension dial to see if there is any thread caught in it
change the top & bobbin thread- make sure the thread is not knoty or old

I can't get the bottom thread to come up with the needle on my euro-pro shark intelli-sew

try this
make sure there is a 3-5 inch tail on bobbin thread
make sure there is a 3-5 inch tail on top thread, then hold the top thread tail with your fingers (away from the needle) & with your other hand turn the hand wheel manually on the right side of the sewing machine,, slowly letting down the needle down into the bobbin area & see if the bobbin thread will pick up this way

Needle won't grab thread from bobbin

Sometimes you have inserted the needle wrong, make sure that the needle faces the rear, if that is not it, try a new needle. Make sure that you have threaded the bobbin right, by your manual, and have at least a 6 inch tail, hold your top thread and move your handwheel towards you, not away from you and it will grab the thread. Needle will not pick up bobbin threat

Try flipping the bobbin spool so the thread comes off in the other direction.
Forcing means that the needle has been jammed against the sewing plate ant the needle is now out of timing with the bobbin pickup.

Zigzag stitch pulling tight, looks wrong

Try adusting the bobbin thread instead of the top. Always make sure to insert the bobbin so the thread is pulling in a clock wise direction. Both threads top and bobbin should have about the same resitance when pulled.

How to oil euro-pro 373?

Have you tried flipping the bobbin in it's case, so that the thread comes off the top of the bobbin instead of the bottom. Some machines are sensitive to one direction of the bobbin thread.
