Question about Xerox Phaser 8550DP Printer
In response to the previous response, does the printer have to be under warranty to receive the free replacement?

Contact Xerox Phaser support at 1-800-835-6100. There is a known problem with that specific display and they will replace it free of charge. Have your machine serial number available when you call, they need to know that information.
They will repair it for you.
