You can reseat the fuser, and see if the message goes away. Or you will need to replace the actual fuser assembly. unfortunately you can't just remove/clear the error. see picture attached as this is what the fuser looks like
i have a Lexmark c540n printer that has the fuser - ec9743a.jpg
after you replace it let me know if you still receive the error.

Lexmark c540n creasing paper

First, check the quality of the paper you are using. The fuser will heat the paper, it tends to give a wrinkled effect on the paper. Try a new ream of good quality paper, and if it still does the same, the fuser itself might be causing the issue and you might need to replace it. I HAVE A FUSER ERROR 122.06,122.05 AND 122.06 ON A LEXMARK C540 HOW DO i CORRECT

A 122.05 or 122.06 Fuser error indicates that the printer/MFP has detected a problem with the fuser unit. A service call will probably be required to solve this issue. However, certain rare occurrences, such as a power fluctuation or a static discharge in the vicinity of the printer/MFP, can cause a false 122.05 or 122.06 error message to appear. In such cases, the error is only temporary and can be easily resolved without service.
Try perform the following steps:
  • Power off the printer/MFP, wait 30 seconds, and then power it on again.
Did the error message return?
  • If possible, connect the printer/MFP's power cord directly into a grounded wall outlet. In rare instances, a surge protector, extension cord or uninterruptible power supply (UPS), can generate false error messages. Verify also if the printer works on a 110 or 220 volts source. Make sure that the power outlet matches its working voltage rating.
If this doesn't resolve the error, I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support.

I am getting a 122-10 service fuser error message on a Lexmark C782 printer. Is there anyway of clearing this, seems to be because I had to remove and replace the fuser cart to move the machine.

I presume you have not replaced the fuser due to a fault but merely removed it to make the machine lighter when moving it. Did you turn the machine off when you removed the fuser or was it still on. If it was on then not surprised you have the error. I would remove the fuser again and carefully refit it.Make sure it clicks back into place with no real effort. Turn it on again and see if it clears. You can reset the counter manually although this would not clear an error like this. If still no good then must presume you have damaged the fuser and will have to replace it with a new one.

srri but thats the best i can do for you.

Hello, we have just unpacked Lexmark C540n printer. After switching on we have an error 122.03. What does it mean and what to do? Thanks,Robert

Error 122.03 is pointing to Fuser Error. Which means that there is a problem in the fuser, it is not heating, or heating to quickly or too hot. Perform fuser service check. Can also be LVPS or system board. Or better yet replace fuser assembly.

Contact Lexmark or the price and ordering of the fuser assembly.

130 service fuser error

This error generally points to a defective fuser assembly. If a new fuser has recently been installed, it could be the incorrect voltage for the printer. In addition, the line voltage into the printing environment could be sufficiently out of range or experiencing enough fluctuation to cause this error message to appear. Finally, the printer itself could be the incorrect voltage for its geographical location. Please go through the checklist below to determine the likely cause of the error and attempt a resolution for the issue.
  1. Power off the printer and unplug the power cord.
  2. Confirm the printer voltage by looking at the back of the machine where the power cord connects.
    • If the three-prong socket is white, the machine is 220V.
    • If the three-prong socket is black, the machine is 115V.

NOTE: Generally speaking, North America uses 115V to 120V while Europe uses 220V to 230V. There are always exceptions for different areas, however, so try to verify that your printer's voltage corresponds to its geographical location.
      • If practical, have building maintenance check for proper line voltage.
  3. Check the voltage listed on the printer's information label.
  4. Check the fuser voltage by opening the fuser door on the lower right side of the machine. Look for the voltage details on the side of the fuser above the bar code.
  5. If the voltage checks for steps 2, 3, and 4 are consistent, go on to step 6.

    NOTE:
If there is a difference between the voltage indicated on the printer and the voltage indicated on the fuser, or if the printer's voltage is incorrect for its geographic location, contact Lexmark Technical Support.
  6. Re-seat the fuser to ensure that it is correctly and securely installed in the printer.
  7. If the voltage indicators are as expected and the fuser is installed correctly, plug the printer into another outlet (if practical) and power the printer back on to see if the error clears.
  8. If the error remains, contact Lexmark Technical Support for additional assistance. Please obtain the serial number of your printer before contacting Lexmark.

NOTE: If possible, please call from near the printer as this will allow for the most accurate possible diagnosis.

Please rate it fixya if helpful.

Thank you

ERROR

921 Fuser Error Indicates that the fuser is below standby temperature when the printer is idle.
Error codes 920, 921, and 922 may display for a cold fuser failure. A 920 error caused by low line voltage can sometimes be cleared by turning the machine off and then on again.
Service Tip: Set the Fuser Temperature to NORMAL before starting this service check.
Manually spin the fan and check that
it rotates freely. Check the cable
connection to the engine board, J13
for correct installation.
