There is no schematic available. Only point to point wiring for the various modules. If you have no power at all, nothing starts glows or blinks on the control panel or on any of the various boards then you will need a service call to try to resolve the problem. It may require a board swap to see if that board is at fault. Unfortunately the days of repairing boards are long gone. Sorry!
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones). click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Good luck!

I assume that should be "SC400"... This is an error which can be reset by turning the MAIN power switch off for a few seconds and then on. The code will be cleared, provided the problem does not happen again.
SC400 - Image transfer belt bias error
Detected Conditions: - Timing - While the image transfer belt bias is ON - Condition - The feedback voltage is 4.8V or higher, or PWM value is 50% or higher for 500ms continuously.

Hello sir; the error code you display is toner senser problem, now the first thing you have to do is make a full color copy find out which color missing then pull out developer unit from missing color the senser right underneath, replace it.
Hello, this code is : Fusing temp. warming-up error. This means that the fuser did not warm-up in the allowed time. Possible causing-- in order; Thermistor bad or out of position, fuser lamp bad, thermofuse bad, BICU board defective, power supply board bad, poor fusing unit connection ----check this first if you had the fuser out of the machine.
If you would like to talk, I can see if we can try to reset the code -- sometimes if the machine is to cold at warm-up the code will throw. # 216-701-1591. Thank you.
A sc541 code is with the fixing ass'y did you try to reset it? Did it come right back? Is the fuser warm to the touch? If so it is most likly to be one or both of the termister in the fuser. If it is cold it may be the fuser heatting lamp or thermal fuse
