Question about Flotec 3.4 Hp Floodmate Submersible Sump Pump
Its possible you need a new float switch. You can remove the float switch and try running the pump without it. This will determine if its the switch or the pump itself.

the drain pump is taken apart and cleaned completely then the problem can be
with the float switch. You have to take out the bottom front panel out and then
clean the drain filter pump assembly completely. Please get back to me if you
have any other questions.
