Question about HP COLOR LASERJET CP 3505 N PRINTER
Howdy there!!! You have a small object in the paper intake well. If you ae able to get an air can, spray the air through the entire length of the well to attempt to dislodge the item. Q-tips with alcohol are great to use to get those pieces that get stuck in there as they stick to them and the alcohol dries quickly. If there is nothing to the naked eye, tip the printer on its side and lightly tap the back to attemp to dislodge that way too. I once had a printer in the ER at the hospital and a child put SMALL pieces of crayola in it, the heat melted the wax, of what a pleasure that was..... PLEASE let me know if this does not fix it, we can go further if needed. Take care... Guy Sutton
