My flash disk is 4GB but I can only use 350MB of that memory.What could be the problem

This could be a Hard disk memory,flash memory or sd card memory. 4gb is the capacity. San disk is a type or make.

connect it to PC then... go to My Computer icon on desk top >> right click >> manage >> Disk management >> select ur SanDisk Cruzer Micro 4GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive >> right click >>format ....ok......

it might not be compactable with it. try to get a card reader to download it to ur pc

Try plugging it in to a different USB port on your computer. Make sure the connecter on the Cruzer is clean and there's no dust inside.

Also, try plugging it in on a different computer.

If none of these work,
I'm afraid it's a hardware problem and there's nothing that can be done about that.
