Konica Minolta magicolor 5570 Empty Toner Message

Hey, recently the cyan ran out on our 5570 (which is odd because the M and Y are at 50%), we replaced it with an official new Konica Minolta toner cartage, but it still says cyan is empty and won't let us print. I checked the maintenance menu, but there isn't a reset supplies option for toner. I tried the obvious solutions (replacing the cartrage, turning it off for a few minutes etc).

Last time i called their tech support, they had a maintenance guy out here 2 or 3 times before it got fixed, so i'd love it if there was some way to fix this without calling them again! Any ideas?
