I can't seem to open (by 2 users)

I can't seem to open the washing machine door. When you shut the door it does the cycle the key-lock won't switch off, the door will not open.

I have the same problem.

According to the manual it refuses to open if the clothes are still too hot to take out. I had problems with this and the shop was unsympathetic - their solution was to open the little hatch at the front bottom left and pull the door release tag that is in there.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
