Power off the device. Remove the new fuser. Ensure there is no debris or paper through the paper path (blow some air through it.. Ensure all the flags are neither broken nor in the wrong position. Reinsert the new fuser, ensure the covers are properly in place then power on.

This happens on alot of full color printers no matter what, the best way to avoid this is to not print so close to the lead edge. If you allow for like a half inch border then this jamming issue should be a thing of the past... Please mark FixYa if this helps... get paid to

We are getting a 51.2Y error on a HP color LaserJet 5500n What can we do?

51 is a printer error.
51.2 is a laser error
51.2Y don't know. Can't find any errors that end in a "Y".

Be that as it may, press the check mark on the operator panel to continue.
Try power cycling the printer.

Could have a defective laser/scanner assembly or a bad DC Controller.

If you are getting 49.XXXX error codes while printing PDF files, you can try upgrading the machines firmware.
This seems to be a common "PDF file printing" problem with the LaserJet 4250.

1. The Alienation motor error.
2. Replace the alienation motor.
3. Replace the D.C. controller board.

Change ink cartradge 11ER00670, same error after new cartradge.
