My fridge temp went up yesterday after I celaned it. I just thought the door had been open too long. It went up to about 50 degrees. I turned it off for a minute and then turned it back on and this morning it was back at 34 degrees. ( after I had completely emptied it last night! )

That depends on if your model has a five or ten year warranty on the compressor. Your problem may not be warranty related. Check and see if the condenser is clean, check for a frozen cooling coil.

We have our Sub Zero model 650 frig set to 35 degrees, our usual temp, but suddenly it won't get lower than 50. Freezer seems fine.

Check for a fan motor in between the freezer and the fridge. Or you have a block of frost in there shutting off air flow.

If you cleaned out the condensor unit, your problem is probably a bad evaporator. Schedule a service call. If the condensor was really dirty then you may have just compacted the dust into the condensor in which case a shot of CO2 would be a good idea.
