Cannot run in win32 mode

i keep gettin this error when i try 2 install any thing cannot run in win32 mode can u help me

possibility is that the registry is corrupt and no longer capable of accessing the DLL to help it in installing programs in the win32 directory, so do a registry fix with program like c-cleaner.
