First turn on the player, go to settings, make sure USB mode is set to MSC
1. Connect unit to the computer
2. go to Start button
3. go to My Computer
Double click the 'Removable Disk' drive
4. There is a folder labeled PHOTODIR, this is where you drag your JPEG photos

There should be folders labeled Music, Pictures, Videos, and Text; just put it in the Music folder. If this does not work, try showing hidden folders, and see if they come up.

What else do I need besides the white charger cord to put music and pictures from computer to Sandisk?

You'll need the Sansa Media Converter to convert pictures (and videos) to a format the Sansa can handle. You can copy music simply with the computer operating system's drag&drop.

I uploaded pictures, songs and videos into 1GB micro SD card. But in Sansa e250 am able to see only songs in it. am unable to view pictures or vidoes stored in SD card. please help me.

The Sansa will only show photos and play videos from its internal memory, not the microSD card. You can put music on the card, but not photos or videos.

How to put music on the mp3

I agree with shays5415, but if you cannot find it through my computer, you will have to download a driver from www.sandisk.com. And also Limewire is a free bittorrent software for music, videos, pictures, documents, and programs.

Pictures

Make sure the pictures/videos are in the right format first, suggested by the manual.
If they are not in the right format, use the Sansa Media Converter that came with the installation CD to convert them to the proper format.
