Question about Canon PIXMA MP150 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

I have a Canon PIXMA140, I have reseated the black ink cartridge and now it still shows me the error 4 saying that I have to fill the colour ink cartridge too. If I want to print noncolour pages, do I still need to fill the colour one even though I don't want to print anything colourful?

left hand side.

My printer says E 5

Try reseating the ink cartridges. The error references to either reseating or refilling the ink cartridges.
Since you have mentioned that it worked before with only black cartridge, try reseating both and check.

Black & colour cartridge lights are flashing and error code 2

When the black and color cartridge lights are flashing this means that there is an ink cartridge error. To solve this issue, you need reseat the ink cartrdige. If this does not correct your issue, you will unfortunately need to replace the ink cartridge. Make sure you are not forcing the ink cartridge into the printer as it can damage it.
