Question about Samsung Jet S8000 Cell Phone
It seems that the firmware has got corrupted for whatever reason (virus most likely). Please visit the nearest Samsung Service Center and get the firmware reinstalled. Unfortunately, Samsung does not permit users to update firmware over the internet.
