Problem connecting Nokia 200 to PC

this is all i could find out about this problem.
Problem:
When a Nokia phone is connected to a computer through a USB connection, 'please wait' message is shown in the phone screen followed by 'no response from host' message. Further, the computer might show a notification around the taskbar area that the USB device is not recognized.
Solution:
  1. First check if the required drivers for the Nokia phone are correctly installed on your computer.
  2. If required, update current version of your Nokia PC suite to the latest version.
If the above steps do not work then follow these steps:
  1. Switch off your phone.
  2. Remove the back cover of your phone.
  3. Remove your phone's battery.
  4. If your phone has a memory card, also remove it.
  5. Wait for few seconds. If you see any dust sticking around the battery or memory card, wipe it clean. Be careful while cleaning the memory card. Hard contacts may result data loss.
  6. Place the battery and memory card back in their places.
  7. Put back the cover.
  8. Switch on your phone.
  9. Try connecting your phone to a computer again. (Your phone should connect successfully this time)...

Step 1. Run Android Data Recovery on the Computer

Download the free Android data recovery software from Gihosoft.com and install it on your computer, then run it. From the main interface, select the file types you want to recover from Motorola and click Next. ( This program works perfectly with both Windows and Mac platforms.)

Step 2. Connect Motorola to PC or Mac via USB Cable

Enable USB debugging on your Motorola phone and connect it to PC or Mac via a USB cable. Then check your phone's screen and click the Backup My Data button. Once connected, tap the Start button to scan and analyze the lost data. ( If necessary, please download the Motorola USB driver on your computer.)

Step 3. Preview and Recover Deleted Data from Motorola

After the scan, you are able to preview the deleted data, including contacts, messages, call logs, photos, music, videos, WhatsApp and Viber chat history from the left menu. Then check again the file types you wish to restore and tap Recover to begin the process of Motorola Android phone data recovery.

Warm tips: This Android data recovery software supports all Android devices. Except for Motorola data recovery, this program can also be used to recover deleted data from other Android phones, for instance, Samsung data recovery, HTC data Recovery, LG data Recovery and so on.

Brand new linksys wireless, Host (Hard wired)has intermittent connectivity. Indicates it is conneted and is working properly.Cannot browse Web. The wireless part works great!

try to plug the Ethernet cord for the Host computer on another Ethernet port on the Linksys router.

have you tried replacing the Ethernet cable that's connecting the Host computer to the linksys router?

check if Host computer can get a response from a website by going to Start>Run, then type CMD on the Run box and click OK. On the black screen, type PING www.yahoo.com then press Enter.. if you get the word reply 4 times, it means the computer is connected to the Internet.
If there's no response from the PING test, it means there's totally no connection.

It's also possible the problem is with the Local Area Network adapter or Ethernet adapter. Try disabling the Ethernet adapter and re-enable it by going to Start>Control Panel>Network Connections, you should see the Local Area Connection, right click on it then select Disable then Enable it again. then observe if you're still experiencing intermittent connection on the Host computer.

and if you have security software, try disabling it temporarily and check the connection again.

and let's make sure the cable or dsl modem is connected to the Internet port on the back of the Linksys router.
