Question about Nokia 1661 Cell Phone
The first thing you should do is to remove the battery cover, the battery and your sim card,
Unhook the phone from the sides to gain access to the main panel and open the front cover, once you have done this, you can dry it up under the sun or under the heat from a hand dryer. Make sure you do not expose the screen to heat.
Once it is dried, couple the phone back together and turn it on.
It will come back to life.
Take care and good luck
