first thing you do is turn the power off on the radio by hitting the off button . there is a button you have to hold in. it should be the volume knob. if not try some other buttons. you have to hold it in for about 4 seconds. then a menu should come up. if you scroll though and you can turn on and off the aux . if you have any problems let me know
